I'm very new to Copilot, hope you can help me.
I created this Copilot in my work environment but get an Authentication is not configured error. I have linked it to my SharePoint as source. Thanks for your advice.

Correct, you must configure the authentication before using this feature.
Manual authentication is necessary for seamless integration with SharePoint, as it involves initiating requests to the Graph on behalf of the user who is currently signed in. Detailed instructions on performing this authentication can be found at the specified location:
