We are attempting to initiate an HTTP POST request from within the Power Virtual Agent (Power VA) topic. Nevertheless, upon triggering the flow, we encounter the following message within the Power VA Bot. After inspecting our middleware layer, it appears that the HTTP call was not received. Have others encountered similar challenges? Your feedback would be greatly valued. Thank you.

Can you open a support request so that someone can help troubleshoot this with you and look at internal logs for that error?
