is there any way to pull all the managers? I tried to pull all the users in the flexible height gallery and hide those records having no manager and collect the remaining users in the list. but it is too slow, turtle slow.
Hi @JunaidAkhtarMPG
Are you using the Office365Users connector? How many users are in the directory? thousands?
active users are from 120 - extended to 150including inactive or non-profiled are around 300
Unfortunately The office365Users connector really is slow, so using it to get hundreds of records is not practical. An alternative would be: Use a Power Automate flow to get items in the Office365Users directory and store them in a Sharepoint (or other) list. Then it would regularly update the list on schedule (depends on your need, maybe 1 day?). So in your app, you can simply just use the Sharepoint list as a data source.
This is a similar problem I had and some community members provided suggestions: link
