Power Apps Performance Issues and Support Ticket Guidance

Hi everyone,

I'm experiencing significant slowness in Power Apps, particularly when trying to save code changes. The platform frequently becomes unresponsive, and changes take an unusually long time to save or don’t save at all. I’ve checked my internet connection, which seems stable, so I’m unsure if this is an app-specific or platform-wide issue.

Could anyone advise on how to resolve this performance issue or improve the app's responsiveness? Also, I’m trying to raise a support ticket for this, but I’m unable to find a clear option within Power Apps to do so. Can anyone guide me on the correct process for raising a support ticket?

A Support Ticket can be raised in the Power Platform Admin Centre

You can raise a ticket under the power app and then select any option. There is no issue if you raised in wrong option but it should be under power app only. When your ticket raised MS agent will connect with you and then you can explain your issue and they will take action accordingly.
