I have created an App that records Employees information, their absences and lateness.
All is stored in SharePoint.
Currently, I am working on creating a report that would check how many absences employee had in last 3 years(financial).
I am trying to find a best way for this to be displayed and calculated.
My concern is that this report would be used to separate employees into groups depending on absences. One of the groups would have 0 absences in 2 out of 3 years, while others would be more than specific number in last sick year.
Employee list have fields like-Name, Surname, ID, Department
Absence list have fields like-ID, From, To, Reason, Days
Information needed from this report would be following:
Day count for each year also would be needed.
What would be the best way to do this kind of calculations?
I am looking into possibility to use gallery to display all information.
I have multiple Power Automate flows in this app as well, so that could be an option.
