Power Virtual Agent for Web license expired

Hi Everyone,

 

We are having O365 E3 corporate licenses associated with a corporate domain.

We developed a chatbot using Power Virtual Agents Web without knowing that it is a different environment with Power Virtual Agents for Teams and we are in a trial period of 60 days. The chatbot developed by PVA Web has been published to Teams users.

What happened if PVA Web license expires. Will the chatbot published in Teams stopped working?

Can we still update the chatbot using PVA Web?

 

Please kindly help to confirm. Thank you!

    Hello, That is correct, when the trial ends the bot will stop working. Couple of options here, perhaps the simplest is to migrate the solution to the entitled environment:

    Hi, Thanks for your confirmation.

    The suggested solution seems only applicable to migrating from existing PVA Web environment to another PVA Web environment, not PVA for Teams.

     

    I did some search on the Internet and it looks like it is impossible to migrate from PVA Web to PVA for Teams.

    If you happen to know a solution for this, please kindly share with us.
