Dataflows Invalid credentials

Hi all

In the Power Apps I wanted to try out the Dataflow with the video guide https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8d8xVOqlxbU

Unfortunately I always get the error message "Invalid credentials". I tried every kind of settings within this menu as well as different data source (Sharepoint, etc.). I have a E5 Developer license and full admin access. I couldn't find any solution for my problem.

Do I need another kind of license? Or are there any settings in the admin center?

    Hi @Pasang ,

    Please check the image.

If you want to create dataflows in the Microsoft Power Platform environment a Power Apps (per-user or per-app) license is required.

    Hello @v-xiaochen-msft

thank you very much for the reply. Of course you are right about the license. I have a trial per user plan (picture below). Unfortunately I have still the same issue, maybe the "trial" is the problem, I don't know. I have assigned the license to the admin user and checked if every kind of license is activated.

So maybe there is a license problem in the background. I noticed that I can't connect to a onedrive business folder as well with Dataflows. I thought with the E5 Developer license I have access to onedrive Business.

Please let me know if you have further ideas.

    Thanks.

I've just spent an hour fighting this same problem

So for those of us who don't like cookies from all over. The office/powersuite/microsoft uses a ton of 3rd party cookies between it's various parts.

I enabled cookies from these sources and this functionality then can actually work. Otherwise it can only push the files from local to your onedrive but can't load/access to read from onedrive. So that's kind of messed up in it's own way. But the below allow it to actually function.

    general

    [*.]sharepoint.com
    [*.]powerquery.microsoft.com
    [*.]office.com

    very specific to this problem

    webshell.suite.office.com
    us.prod.powerquery.microsoft.com
[*.]sharepoint.com   << This one is specific to your tenant/user name.

I was getting this error and tried some of the ideas above with no change...

I had been trying to connect to a dataverse instance.

Embarrassingly I realised that instead of just entering the domain of the source I was also including the https:// when copying. This still allowed me to enter the value and then even "Sign in". However when I hit Next I got the Invalid credentials error.

I just thought I'd share my embarrassment and hopefully save someone else some time.

    Hello All,

I have full valid license to work with dataverse. But I still receive same error. Can anyone please look at my error and help to solve it?

Removing the "https://" from the "environment domain" name solved my problem, thank you so much!

Too bad this person is anonymous for the credit. It worked like a charm for me. I just had to remove the last / along with what was suggested.
