Has anyone built any form of a tool to format and read the conversation logs?
Trying to avoid the work if anything already exists?

I already create a workflow that reads the Conversation Transcript and return it.

@AdamHunt do you already have a solution for this? I was looking into building a simple parsing tool myself, but it would be great to firstly leverage what is already available.
