Hello Team,
I have a ticket tool, where I have the ticket raised by person, appearing by default. The connector is the SharePoint List. Please find a screenshot.
The raised by data control has my name on it because I am going to create the ticket. Similary whoever opens the app, their email will be taken over in this control
I also have 2 screens. One for the admin view and the other for the end user view.
In the ADMIN VIEW the 'raised by' field remains in tact. Whereas in the END USER view, the 'raised by' field disappears. Please let me know what am I missing.
Now my question is , after creation of ticket, If I go to edit ticket, the raised by disappears
