powerapps apps are lost

Hello, I had created some apps using powerapps over a month ago. I logged into web.powerapps.com, I can not see my apps that I had created. I also tried on the installed powerapps on my computer, I cannot see those apps there too.

Could you provide some light on it, what is the problem?

Hi @Anonymous ,

Which plan are you using?

Which browser are you using?

Please make sure you are in the correct environment:

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/maker/canvas-apps/working-with-environments

By the way, please also try to clear cache and cookies of the browser and sign in again to see if it will work.

If the issue still exists, please feel free post back.

Hi Mabel,

I am using PowerApps for Office 365 Trial. The browser I was/am using is Microsoft Edge. I checked the environments, cleared the cache and cookies like you have said, still could not see the apps, I had created some time ago.
