Hi @bparasuraman

This isn’t really about PVA: you need a tenant Power Platform administrator to approve the publishing of bots using generative answers.

As I see you’re a Microsoft employee, I suggest you reach out to our internal support channels.

I'm a Power Platform Administrator, and I'm getting the same error message with no workaround. Generative Answers are enabled in the tenant, so that doesn't seem correct. I have a theory that it's related to recent DLP changes, since I was able to publish in May.
