    Hi @bbsin ,

    Here is an example for your reference.

    Office365Outlook.SendEmailV2(
     "test1@outlook.com",
     "Subject",
     "<b>" & "Test" & "</b>",
     {Cc: "test1@outlook.com"}
    )

    Best regards,

    Rimmon

    @bbsin ,

    This seems to be a typical usage of HTML Text control.

    "If you have questions or need assistance, please email to <b><font color=blue><a href='mailto:performance.team@mycompany.com'>Performance team</a></font></b>."

    Hope it helps !

    You need to use HTML Text Control instead of Labels and then write what @gabibalaban has written.
    If my answer helps you please mark it as solution.

    @bbsin ,

    Simply this:

    "If you have questions or need assistance, please email to <b><font color=blue><a href='mailto:performance.team@mycompany.com?subject=Mail subject'>Performance team</a></font></b>."
