Hello,
I would like to implement this solution for my client Find the right app | Microsoft AppSource.
I'm a bit confused which licenses are needed to implement it. I found another very simular solution on this site Microsoft Power Automate and it says I need these licenses:
- One Power Automate license to run all the flows that orchestrate the process.
- A Power Apps license for any user who must manually review and approve documents.
- A Power Apps license for the process owner to configure the process.
- AI Builder capacity based on the volume of document processed per month. The AI Builder calculator allows you to estimate the capacity that is right for you.
So I'm thinking about getting:
- One "Power Automate Process" license
- One "Power Apps per app" license per each user who uses and/or configure the app
- One AI Builder add-on unit
Questions:
1. Am I correct for buying these licenses? Is it a sensible choice of licenses? Would that also allow me to edit the flows and the app?
2. If there are several environments (dev/test/prod), I need to buy another set of licenses (not AI Builder add-on) for each environment, right?
3. As for AI Builder add-on, I can allocate the credits to each environment, right?
4. Is the "Power Apps per app" license still available because it doesn't show on this site anymore? Power Apps-Lizenzierung, -Preise und -Benutzerpläne | Microsoft Power Apps
Thank you very much for your answers and clarification in advance!
