I have created a bot but unable to add any topics ,the process seems to be stuck in a loading loop when I add new topic from blank.
Thank you for the suggestions. We've already attempted to create the bot on different browsers, including Firefox, Edge, and Chrome, as well as in incognito mode. Unfortunately, the issue persists, and we're still unable to add topics to the bot or open previously created bots.
We've checked the network tab, and the bot is processing requests, including the 'UpdateDlpViolationsCommand' scenario. However, the issue with adding topics and accessing bots persists. If there are specific details in the network requests to focus on or further instructions, please let us know. Your assistance is appreciated.

Have you tried opening up the new bot in a different browser or an in-private browsing session of the same browser? Just to see if it makes a difference for the issue?
If you can still reproduce it, it would also help to have a look at the network tab of your developer toolbar. This way you can see what kind of requests it is trying to process.
