Forms not included in the app are displaying

Hi,

I have created an app using the Case Entity with Accounts and Contacts (separate from the Customer Service App). In it I have only included 2 custom forms for the Case entity.

The issue I have is that 2 users have access to this in Sandbox and are testing it. 1 user sees the correct forms but the other user sees forms that are not included.  The user seeing the form not included used to be part of a different business unit and had access to the customer service app.

She has tried clearing her cache but we can't get the UMi Direct Case to appear.

They are currently in UAT with the aim to go live by the end of the month.

Any one got any suggestions?

    Hi @Deb3107 ,

Could you please share a bit more about your scenario?

Do you mean that one user could see forms are not included within this Model-Driven app?

Based on the issue that you mentioned, I think this issue may be related to different Business Unit the two users belong to. If the two users are from different Business Units, they would access data/privileges from their own Business Unit rather than from same Business Unit.

As an fixed solution, please make sure the two users are from Business Unit, then try your Model-Driven app again, check if the issue is solved.

More details about editing a Business Unit for a user, please check the following article:

    Best regards,

    Hi,

I found the reason why it was happening. The user was in a team which had a role that was used within Enable security roles for the 2 forms she was seeing so this was overriding what was actually included in the App. Once I removed her from the team this fixed it.

    Thanks for your reply though.
