Error code: SystemError issues with topic error

I have built a few bots, and it works perfectly. However, it return some error message today:

Sorry, something unexpected happened. We’re looking into it. Error code: SystemError. Conversation ID: a:1bbDY-X5fhBLBgIc25sOavmN4hSVFf9LoODdPesYVNA3DvCXT1BmtlZEgGLgV8NkrYZi_EHp8HcUIloBYvr2CRIIUS5V2kDxma8JBuItMizhZcqqMW6IBN_TBYVs8Jzv-. Time (UTC): 5/4/2023 3:00:09 AM.

I create a new bot with no configuration, totally new. And published it right away. Still works fine for me.

However!!

After i turn off some topics (not system topics), and published it again. Then I start over, it return the error message again.

Even if i turn on the topic again, it still can't fix the problem.

It seems that i can not "turn off the topic"?

I am getting the same issue
- An error message on the test bot
- An error on "Setting - Skills"

@Anonymous , I suspect that you have a new bot or recently converted classic bot. My recommendation would be to create a new bot (or try to convert again). If you didn't work on the current bot, you can simply delete it. If you have some work-in-progress you can bring it via Copy-paste in Code editor. If you have made big progress on the bot, and it's not an option to create (or convert classic) bot for you again, then please open a support ticket.

Thank you for the prompt reply, I do create a new preview bot to check whether the new bot has that issue or not, but I don't know about the action of converting the classic bot at all.

Can you help me with how to convert bot or "bring it via Copy-paste in Code editor" you mentioned, I don't have the right to raise a support ticket, and contacting the admin might take time.
