Hi, I recently built a PVA chatbot (integrated via Teams) that is used throughout the organisation that I work for.
Is there a way to easily view the conversation history that colleagues have had with the bot?. I know there is a 'sessions' option in the Analytics part of the PVA bot within Teams however this just downloads the transcripts as a csv file with no formatting so it's a lot of work to make this a viewable conversation. This also doesn't list the colleagues name but rather just has 'user'.
The idea is the ICT service desk access the chat history when picking up issues to see what information the colleague has already provided.
Is there any way of viewing a colleagues conversation with the bot or is it more tied to them telling ICT the conversation ID and then ICT finding and viewing that conversation? but again, if this is the case, is there any tool that can be used to easily view the conversation with some formatting rather than just downloading the CSV.
