Based on the error log file that you provided, I think the issue is in here:
The user @Anantharuban has faced same issue with you, please check the response within the following thread:

Please take a try to open secpol.msc, then find "Create global objects" policy as mentioned within above thread, and then create your own account within it, check if the issue is solved.

I just tried it, it didn't solve it.
Please take a try to re-start your computer, and then re-install the On-premise data gateway through the following article:

then check if the issue is solved.
Please also check if your computer have meet the requirements for installing the On-premise data gateway. More details about the requirements for installing the On-premise data gateway, please check the following article:
