I have a power app with a modern barcode reader control. The control works fine on iPhone, Samsung S22, Huawei p30 phones but when I try using it on a Nokia XR20 or Blackview BV5300 it does not. The problem is I want a cheap rugged phone to deploy the app as it will be used in a warehouse setting. Any ideas?
The camera opens but doesn't pick the barcode up. It is like the camera is very low quality. The camera on the phone is set up to capture 13M for pictures an 1080 video. It works fine if I revert to the old barcode scanner, but the modern control seems to be calling a third party software to use instead of the camera and it is poor quality and not picking up the barcode.
