I am fairly new to Powerapps and I am getting the Delegation warning. Can anyone suggest a way to get around this please?
If(IsBlank(SharePointIntegration.Selected) || IsEmpty(SharePointIntegration.Selected), First([@Terminations]), SharePointIntegration.Selected)

Yes, First is not delegable to SharePoint.
However, this is only a warning, it is NOT an error, and in the context of that Formula, it is not important that there is a warning. The purpose is to get the first record if none is selected. This formula will always give you the first record in that list, even if the list count exceeds your record limit in the app.
I hope this is helpful for you.
Thank you. I appreciate your input.
Problem is... this form works perfectly in Power Apps, but when I publish it to the SharePoint List, it doesn't work. I am wondering if this warning is the reason it is not working in the list.
That warning will not impact anything. There is something else going wrong with your app.
