What does "Limited" refer to under the "Included Messages" section for Copilot Studio in Microsoft 365 Copilot

Does it mean users with M365 Copilot can only use agents (GenAI enabled) for a restricted number of conversations? If yes, what is the limit.

Also, if an M365 user interacts with a Copilot Studio agent, will it consume message at tenant level capacity pack ?

Also for licensing questions, I never recommend you ask us. We are not able to tell you what it is, all we can do is try to point you at documentation that holds no water with Microsoft.

You can open a ticket with them from the M/O365 admin page or you can reach out to your TAM/PAM/CAT or whomever else is your contact at Microsoft to be safe :-)

I cannot find the darn page you are on lol as there is no link, but you will find the Footer note about what 4 means :-) at the bottom
