Hi Team,
I want to hand off user conversations to generic engagement hub, gone through your documentation, but unable to clone sample mentioned in the below link.
If you have sample code, can you please provide it.
Will this help me in transferring user and bot conversations to a third-party live agent.
User and Bot conversations are not happening through direct line Api.
