sample code to handoff conversations to generic engagement hub

Hi Team,
I want to hand off user conversations to generic engagement hub, gone through your documentation, but unable to clone sample mentioned in the below link.

If you have sample code, can you please provide it.

Will this help me in transferring user and bot conversations to a third-party live agent.
User and Bot conversations are not happening through direct line Api.

The link you shared points to the right place. The sample demonstrates the general pattern, but you will have to write your own code if your engagement hub is not supported: Create copilots for customer engagement and hand off - Microsoft Copilot Studio | Microsoft Learn
