Per-user plan with attended RPA (+5000 credits).

But when I go to the admin portal it says "You don't have enough capacity to use your model".  How do I get a large enough capacity to run my model?  Is 5000 credits not enough to run a simple model that would extract 3-5 bits of information?

    Hello @PiperDan,

Thank you for purchasing the per-user attended RPA plan! The next step is to allocate the credits to the environment where you are planning to use the AI models. The following link explains how to allocate the credits: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/capacity-add-on#allocate-or-change-capacity-in-an-environment

You can then check how many credits you consume per day by downloading the consumption report on the Power Platform Admin Center as well: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/ai-builder/administer-consumption-report#view-the-consumption-report

    I hope this helps!

Thanks for the reply.  Very informative.  But I can not see any credits available under the manage add-ons

And I can confirm that The license has been assigned to me.  Where should I go from here?

    Hi @PiperDan,

You need to have one of the following admin roles to be able to allocate capacity on the Power Platform admin center:

    • Global admins
    • Dynamics 365 admins
    • Power Platform admins

Can you check if you have one of these roles for your account or ask your IT admin to allocate the credits from the Power Platform admin center (https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/)?

    Thanks @JoeF-MSFT

I'm a Global Admin but still can't see any credits.

    Thanks for confirming @PiperDan

What I'd suggest then is to open a support request in the Help + Support section of the Power Platform Admin Center so we can investigate why those credits are not showing up.

    Sorry for the inconvenience.

Thank you, no inconvenience.  I just want it sorted so I can help my clients.

Although I believe I have already done this and have had no reply to date, but I will try again.  Thanks for your time.

Good to hear that the cause was found. 🙂 All the best for the AI projects you're building!
