Send user responses from PVA to Excel Table

Hi,

I'm really new to PVA and have made a bot which summarises the user inputs at the end of the conversation. I am attempting to get these responses and create a flow to get them into a excel table to track the inputs.

This is the data that i need to store in Excel

I'm looking for it to update the below table and continue to add in the row below each time PVA conversation has been completed.

Could anyone help me with this?

Any advice would be great! Thank you 2

    Hi @Mt1983

You would have to use a power automate flow to update the excel. A sample example below:
Please note that the excel should be in a sharepoint or onedrive (I have used one drive here).
The fields that you have noted here should be the input parameters.
Call the Excel Online and give the location of the file, file name, and excel table name.
As soon as you feed this, you will get all the excel columns and you need to map it with the input parameters

Once you create this, you need to add this to your current conversation flow

    1. Create a flow using the PVA trigger.  In the trigger create inputs for each of the pieces of data you want to save to Excel.
    2. Use the Excel Online Add row to a table and use the data passed to the trigger to fill in the fields
    3. Exit the flow with the respond to bot action.

At the end of the bot add an action to call the flow and assign the variables to the appropriate parameters when you call the flow.
