Adding a email link on a Gallary icon

Hi All,

I have a gallery displaying users email addresses. I have an email icon on the individual row next to the email, when the user clicks on the email icon I want to open the outlook with ThisItem.Email filed on the to address in the outlook mail.

How can I do this.

I tried

Launch(ThisItem.Mail)

and

Office365Outlook.SendEmail(ThisItem.Mail," "," ")

Nothing working, I cannot cliek on the icon.

Hi @Vidanaw

To launch the desktop version of Outlook with the recipient field pre-populated, this is syntax that you would use.

Launch("mailto:" & ThisItem.Mail)

Required Gallaty Display Edit mode. Then it works.
