Hello,

I have an e-commerce website that contains different types of categories and items.

I would like to connect my website to the virtual agent bot to extract some information about the items that exist.
For example, let's say the customer wants to know about the list of Laptops that exists on my website so if he type "Show me all the laptops", the bot will fetch data from my website the list of laptops items with images and the link for each item.

Is it possible to connect my website data to the virtual agent bot to be able to extract anything I need with images and links?

Can you please explain in detail and provide an example of how I can achieve the following scenario?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

You can leverage the Topic Suggestions feature for part of the scenario you describe. It doesn't let you import images but if you have the content structured as a support site like an FAQ page, you can use the feature to automatically extract the content and insert it into an existing bot.

@mtjalve I would like to know that how we use this excel file data with Generative answers what will be the user input and how the result will be appear I am stuck on data source area.
