Create new app through Power Apps for Power BI doesn't create PowerBIIntegration function

Hi there,

 

Firstly, Create new

Then I don't see any PowerBIIntegration function

I'm working under corporate license and probably have some limitations. Can you please suggest it is related to some Power Apps license limitations or some bug?
