Displaying Rich Text in Timeline Card for Custom Activity same as Email Activity

Email in the timeline control display in rich text with links and images included. I have a custom entity and I would like to have it display in the same way as the email but despite the field (Description) being the same on both tables, I can't find a way to make this work.

    Unfortunately the rich text editor for email activity is exclusive to the email activity and you will not be able to replicate same behaviour.
