We have a request for the development of a Copilot Studio agent that is able to find answers to common item-related questions (what is UPC for item ****, is item **** kosher, who is the supplier for item ****). This info can be found in our Power BI which I do not have access to. I do have experience with creating Power Automate workflows.

What is the best way for a Copilot Studio agent to retrieve item-related questions from Power BI?

Yes... the agent will have access to the data. I currently don't have the access needed to create any queries/tables on the Power BI side. Thank you.

Sorry, are you saying that the agent won't have access to Power BI only Power Automate?

Do you have access to the underlying data so that you can use Power Automate flows to query the data?
