Agent trigger executes only in test mode

I have a Dataverse trigger. The agent should start whenever a new row is added to the table. When I press the test icon to verify if my trigger works, the agent runs as expected, trigger starts and then Agent continues with its action.
However, when I use it in production (even though it's published), the trigger doesn't start. When I check its history in Power Automate flow, I see it was executed, but for some reason, Copilot Studio ignores this execution and doesn't continue with the expected actions.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

Event triggers are currently in preview and may not function as expected in production environments. Try below things-

Check Trigger Setup – Ensure the Dataverse trigger is correctly configured in Copilot Studio.

Verify Flow Connection – In Power Automate, confirm that "Execute Copilot" is using the correct connection and re-authenticate if needed.

Test the Trigger – Manually test the trigger in Copilot Studio to see if it starts correctly.

Review Flow History – Check Power Automate run logs for errors or issues in execution.

Ensure Agent Action is Active – Confirm that the agent is set up to respond to the trigger in Copilot Studio.

Preview Feature Limitation – Event triggers are in preview and may not always work in production. Consider alternatives if necessary.

1- it is, because when I press Test Trigger button it works

2 - verified

3 - works in test mode

4 - no issues in here, Power Automate executes the flow for adding new row, but then copilot does not continue from there.

5 - should I make it active somehow? I published it, don't know if it's the same.

6 - but it should work at least once right? It didn't so I believe problem is somewhere else not in the fact it's in preview.

I have the same problem. In this case with a trigger for reading emails. It did work last week, but then it stopped working.
