Dear All,
I am Filippo and I am currently experiencing issues with the GenAI feature in Copilot Studio.
Despite having followed diligently all the steps from permission to SharePoint access (I grant user permissions at environment level where the Copilot Studio is enabled via Azure ID), the GenAI feature in the Copilot Studio testing environment yields extremely good answers even if the data sources are PDFs or Excel files, however when I deploy the bot in Teams it seems it does not want to answer unless I try again.
Example: I have a question which asks the end user to submit the question, e.g. What do you want to know?
When the user inputs the question, the GenAI answer is designed to be triggered, however the chatbot in Teams either does not reply at all (giving an error like sorry conversation error contact the bot owner) or funny enough it triggers the question What do you want to know?.
If for instance I copy paste the question again, the GenAI magically triggers the answer with the automatic follow up question I designed like Is there anything else you want to know?.
For me, it is so weird this kind of behavior and impairs massively the end-user's experience.
Is there anyone in this community who managed to find a solution? I read to disable the multiple matching topics but the issue seems to persist. Could It be that Teams has a restricted runtime environment?
Appreciated any input on the above
Thank you
Filippo
