Fallback option not available in PVA

When trying to enable Microsoft PVS Fall Back option

The Settings Screen is Blank with only the option to click on General.

This only shows the General options available. Anyone else have this issue. Please assist!

Hi @Saibotz,

That does look odd. Have you tried opening the same settings in a different browser or in a in-private browser session? Does that make a difference?

I guess you need to click on General for the options appear on the window.

Update to all - Still having the issue

Clicking on General just gives you the General settings - Fall Back still not available.

This is across 3 different browsers in Private Mode or otherwise 😞 - Thank you for the suggestions.

Sorry - no difference - feedback below - General Settings will open General settings - but Fall Back is not available in any way 😕

The System Fallback link appears with the General link on the Settings menu. I see in the screenshot that you aren't using the newest PVA designer. Could that be the problem?

Hi, have you double checked to see if the fallback topic has already been added?

Mine doesn't show in settings anymore since it's been added, so I need to search for it in topics.

It seems to have just resolved itself one day. The platform seems buggy, as today I tried to add a new bot and now all my bots have disappeared. Thank you everyone!
