Hi I want to build a document organisation tool that looks through thousands of .tif files and then puts information about each file as a row in an excel document.
I would like to analyze the .tif file and have the AI find out information such as:
DOC TYPE
PROJECT TITLE
PROJECT NUM
DRAWING TITLE
DRAWING NUM
REVISION
LOCATION
DATE
SUMMARY
Document Title
Architects
All this info should be in the .tif file but sometimes it is in handwritten format.
ATM copilot studio ignore Metadatas (wil change in future probably)
The deep reasoning capacité of copilot studio allow to work with a pattern but TIF is not a supported format. You will need to try an Azure AI foundry solution probably.
