Display Command Bar and View Selector on PCF attached to view on a Dashboard

I have an existing PCF which uses details list to display records from a view embedded on a Dashboard. The view uses a command bar and view selector. I added the code below to my PCF's manifest as I used it to display the command bar used by a sub-grid.

However, when I attached the same PCF to a dashboard, the embedded view's command bar and view selector are not displayed. Is there anything else I am missing?
