Creating and editing a form without referencing a gallery list with Dataverse

Hi,

Currently, I am tasked to create a Powerapps consist of multiple pages of forms. Where each page must have the functionality to save the value inputted and if the user exited the app they will be able to view what they have previously inputted, and later submit the values to dataverse. However, I am not allowed to have a gallery list to serve as a reference for the forms. So my questions is whether I can create forms in different pages that will reference to the same row of data in dataverse without having a gallery list to server as a reference point. Any help would be appreciated, thank you very much.

You should use same data source if this is the case...the post would serve your purpose...

Do you know if that will work for the Relational data table on Dataverse as well?
