We have a customer using Dynamics Sales, and one of the users does not have permission to export Accounts to Excel. I would like to change that, but I am not quite sure how, because to me it seems like he should have permission.
His role is Sales Manager, among others, and I checked to see if the "Export to Excel" permission was enabled, and it is. It's set to "Organization".
In Sales, he has made his own view, pressing "Export to Excel" and choosing "Static spreadsheet". He gets this error:
The red text is telling him "Requires permission to download".
What am I missing here, and how do I give him permission to Export to Excel?
