List of values for choices sometimes show as blank

Hi, for some time I noticed , that the list of choices for multiple lists come back as having blank values.
These choices have been used in a Powerapp portal, it has anything to do with.
Any idea?

    I do not believe it is related to using it in Powerapps Portals, Have you tried alternatively for example to switch between the classic designer and the new designer?
