I have developed AI builder custom prompt and leveraged dataverse tables as data source for quiz answers and candidates details in dataverse so my query is how to get the output score based on the below dataverse tables comparison against quiz answers and candidate details.

Below are the quiz questions

1.openness-To choose options (High, Low, Medium)

2.Conscientiousness-To choose options (High ,Low, Medium)

3.Extraversion-To choose options (High, Low, Medium)

4.Agreeableness-To choose options (High ,Low, Medium)

5.Neuroticism-To choose options (High ,Low, Medium)

Quiz answers Tables

i need to store the score in sharepoint list.so basically my query is i need to write a custom prompt so how to calculate the scores in the AI custom prompt in order to display the scores and let me know if you have any questions.if im able to find the scores then i would be using MSflow to store in list.so i need to help in writing custom prompt for getting scores
