When trying to customize my sharepoint list forms i got this error "The environment not Found"

I have a sharepoint custom list >> and when i try to customize its list forms using PowerApp:-

    Hi @johnjohn123 

    One of the first things to try with these types of is to clear your cache, or to try using an incognito/or 'in private' browsing session. Maybe that might help.
