Is it possible to show Workflow Stop failure message in Portal?

Workflow is synchronous and is triggering correctly from a configured button on a portal Entity Form - when I use the workflows "Stop" as failure, the entity form displays the word "Error" in the error banner at the top of the form, but not the failure message (which is useless without the message as the user has no idea why it failed).

Hi

I thought changing the Site Settings Site/EnableCustomPluginError to true would solve your problem, but I just tested myself here and it didn't really work
this could be a bug, I would recommend opening a ticket with MS
in the meantime, I guess you can write a JS and changing that message
