Hi,
I am just trying to get clarity around licensing. The documentation for Power Virtual Agents states
I can see you can purchase a tenant license for £754 for 2000 sessions. The bit i am trying to understand is the per user license. Is this the Power Apps per user license? And if not does anyone know the cost of this per user license? I am also assuming from the documentation that only creators of the bot need this per user license?
Thanks
HI @MarkPP,
As Renato mentions, the user license is free. One additional thing to note is that you first need to start the trial or purchase the Base license in order to get the user license as it is configured as an add-on.

Hi @MarkPP ,
The user license is free. It is used so that the administrator has control over who can access Power Virtual Agents.
But you need to pay the administrator (tenant) license.
See the documentation for more info: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-virtual-agents/requirements-licensing
And the Power Apps license is different, is another product.
