The chatbot that I have created is designed to provide the user a link to documents saved on SharePoint based on a keyword search of how the document maybe saved. For instance, there may be documents saved as such: cat, dog, fish. The user tells the bot it wants to pull all documents saved as cat. For some reason it's providing the links to cat search but not dog. The flow created, seems to be working fine but stops working for certain document searches. What could the issue be in this case?
Hi @helpneededtake2,
Can you share details on the Power Automate flow you set up to do a SharePoint search? What connector / HTTP calls are you using?
Henry
Are you getting the documents using an OData query in the Get Files? If so what query are you using?
I'm using Get Files.
these are the connectors I'm using
But how are you applying your filter? Are you doing it with a condition in the Apply to each loop or somewhere else? And what condition are you using? For what you describes it should be "contains" as the operation.
I'm applying the filter in the Get Files. This is my first time building an application like this so I went with what I thought would work and didn't really know if this was the correct way or not.
I assume FileLeafRef is supposed to be a field or variable. If so it needs to be entered from the expressions panel and surrounded by single quotes. Right now its just text.
