Hi,
We would need (as a team) a flow to check e-mails and create Planners task from the extracted content.
Here is an example, we have a MM with the extracted following content:
@ John, Smith - update timeplan of project XY
@ Joseph, Smith - create order for proto parts
Now we have two mentions and therefore the following two tasks should be created in Planner and to be put on team's backlog assigned to mentioned member :
- update timeplan of project XY
- create order for proto parts
So far i managed to get planner task on backlog assigned to myself when i am mentioned in an e-mail, but task title is the subject of the e-mail.
