I have a Power Apps built. I also have a Power BI report that has the Power App inserted as a visual.
I have a filter in the Power BI report - I would like this filter to be able to filter the Power BI Report and also filter the Power Apps visual. I have been looking around and found PowerBIIntegration.Data - is the ability to use this function license depend? I am asking because I have tried different codes etc and it doesnt seem to be working even though I have seen it work on other people's work online.
Also, if it's not license depend, what is the best way to approach the problem I am facing?
Sorry but PowerBIIntegration.Data isn't a function, its a pointer to the Data.
What function do you mean? As long as you have a Power BI license (and it depends on what Data you are getting), and a license for Power Apps,
you should be able to use it without issue.
However, you were talking about Filters. So I am unaware of how you saw people do it on their "machines" Why not ask them what code they are using?
just a little confused as to what you want for sure. To get the Filters, or to use PowerBIIntegration.Data?
