convert sql using Power Apps filter

Hi,

I need help on below sql script convert into Power App formula, but not sure what to do it, please help.

Select T.Date, T.Time, T.Name, T.Overwrite
From Tbl T
Where
Not Exists (
Select 1 From Tbl D
Where D.Overwrite='true' And T.Overwrite='false'
And D.Date=T.Date And D.Time=T.Time

    @usaman45 ,

    if your data resides in a SQL database isn’t be easier to define a view in your database and connect it to PowerApps app ? Am I miss something ?

    I know it will be easy but the data source is in SharePoint list.
