Can't see Customer Service Hub in the Channels section

Hi All,
 
Maybe I'm on a lower license (though I've not started a Copilot Studio Trial in my org), but I don't see Customer Service Hub which I used to see if I start a Copilot Studio trial - 
Any thoughts?

    Start the trial license and check if you already have a Customer Service in your current environment. I am using a trial account and can see it normally:
