Urgent - Flow sending two Approval emails

Hi,

 

I have the below flow created which, for some reason, is sending two emails asking for Approval from the shared mailbox. In the Approval action, I have turned Notifications to Off (false).

 

Any ideas why the email from the shared mailbox asking for approval is coming through twice?

    Can you show how the three steps form "Create an approval" are set up?

    And there's nothing in the cc/bcc field of that action, right?

    Is the Mail dynamic content pulling their manager's email? Does that user only have one manager associated with them? Does this affect all user/manager combinations?

    Yes its pulling the manager email which is where the Approval emails go to. Yes only one manager per user.

    When an item is created (Sharepoint)

    Is there anything in the subsequent actions that create an item in that same list, that could possibly trigger it twice?

    No, the other actions just update item, not create. 😞
