Power Apps inventory in the admin center

For several months now, I haven’t been able to view the Power Apps inventory in the Power Platform admin center.

Could this be related to this known issue?

Issue ID 5865944: Power Apps and Power Automate analytics temporarily unavailable for environment admins

It says the estimated fix date is December 12, but it’s still active.
