Power Apps Model-Driven App opens as Dynamics 365 App

Hello Experts,

I imported a unmanaged solution to a new environment and now the Model-Driven App opens as a Dynamics 365 app. It didn't do this in the environment where I developed this solution.

Why does this happen and how can I make it open with Power Apps again like it used to?

it happens because the target environment has one of the Dynamics 365 apps installed (like Sales or Field Service), the source environment has not (just Power Apps)

Any particular reason why it did install these apps on making the new environment (we just made it)?

when you create a new instance you can decide if and which dynamics 365 apps it will contain
