Good afternoon everyone! I am hoping someone would please help me. I am very new to PowerApps and have developed a form from a SharePoint List that contains five columns (Price Model, Project, PoP, Position, Bill Rate).

I am trying to have the Bill Rate field on my form auto populate based on the dropdown values the users select for Price Model, Project, PoP, and Position). I have tried a Lookup formula, but being new to PowerApps I am totally clueless in how to get this to work.

Any assistance you can provide for this formula would really be appreciated.

Hi @Brian_S

Please use the below formula for setting up the 'Bill Rate' field using lookup formula:

Lookup(<SharePointList>,'Price Model' = PriceModelDropdown.Selected.Value And Project = ProjectDropDown.Selected.Value And PoP = PoPDropDown.Selected.Value And Position = PositionDropDown.Selected.Value).'Bill Rate';

Please replace the actual name for SharePointList and DropDown controls which are being used in your app & let me know if you face any problem.

Hi Manish! This seems to be working perfectly! I will be testing during the week, but I cannot thank you enough for all of your help. If I run into errors (which I don't think I will) I will let you know. Again, I appreciate your help!
